Validation of Oxa's HR and HRV algorithms using the gold-standard software Kubios
This paper demonstrates that Oxa's HR and HRV algortihms are in strong agreement with the widespread gold-standard ECG analysis of Kubios.
- Oxa's HR and HRV algortihms were compared to the widespread gold-standard ECG analysis SW Kubios. For the different breathing exercises tested, the average correlation coefficient (Pearson's r) was 0.999 for RR and 0.95 for HRV (RMSSD).
