Resonance breathing exercise using Oxa has a beneficial effect on perceived sleep quality
This paper shows that conducting a 10-minute resonance frequency breathing exercise with Oxa before bedtime can improve perceived sleep quality and shorten the time until falling asleep and reaching deep sleep.
